TSL Certification Services International Limited (TSL CSI) is a limited liability company incorporated in May 2019 under the Companies Act of Jamaica and its offices are located in Kingston, Jamaica. TSL CSI was conceptualized to assist entities, primarily within the Caribbean region, to meet external GFSI market requirements by offering Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification as well as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Agricultural Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices  certification.

TSL CSI has been granted a licence by the Safe Quality Foods Institute (SQFI) to conduct SQF audits and issue SQF Certificates on their behalf.     TSL Certification Services International Limited is accredited to ISO/IEC 17065 by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) to provide Safe Quality Food (SQF) Certification.

TSL CSI is affiliated with Technological Solutions Limited (TSL) which has a track record of over 25 years of dedicated service to the Caribbean and is recognized as the leader in its field.  TSL CSI shares this vision of TSL by supporting entities that operate at world-class levels and compete in the global market space.   In January 2023 TSL CSI was granted a joint licence to offer CanadaGAP certification in Canada.  TSL CSI also has an affiliate, TSL Certification Services International Canada Limited, led by Mr. Frank Schreurs   to which it outsources certain of its CanadaGAP certification activities in the North American market.

TSL CSI is governed by a Board of Directors and led by an Executive Director and Certification Manager.
